4130 Performance Pushrods

Sugar Performance Pushrod set is designed for a fast and reliable valve train. Fully American made, annealed 4130 chromoly body, 86L20 case hardened ends, resistant to bending, cracking, loosening and deflection under valve load.

Sugar Performance pushrods were designed specifically for early Harley motors, material and design allows the pushrod to expand at the same rate as your motor during warmup. With the same heat expansion, expect less adjusting, and better power.

Panhead Eric Pushrods are now available! Sugar Performance X Panhead Eric have designed the absolute best panhead pushrod kit on the market. Fully American made pushrods, designed by panhead riders. The kit comes complete with 4 adjustable pushrods, and matching solid insert cups. The kit will allow you to run the pushrods in any existing solid lifter, as well as convert hydraulic lifters to solids.

Roughy half the "panhead" pushrods we tested here were in fact shovelhead ball ends. Wrong ball end size as well as poorly made solid lifter inserts led to Eric designing the only American made Panhead pushrod kit on the market.

(001) Shovelhead Non adjustable pushrod. For use with solid, non hydraulic lifter, with an adjuster nut and screw built into the lifter. No adjuster on the pushrod. If you are unsure about your lifter type, please see (003)

(002) Shovelhead adjustable pushrod. For use with a solid, non hydraulic lifter, with NO adjuster nut and screw built into the lifter. The adjuster is in the pushrod

(003) Complete solid lifter kit. 4 standard size American made lifters, 4 (001) solid pushrods to update or convert any shovel style motor to a solid style valve train. If you have hydraulic lifters, Sifton or any unstable import lifter......and want to convert to an easy to adjust, and reliable pushrod system, this kit is for you. Lifters install into any standard sized shovelhead lifter blocks, with pushrods to match.

(004) Panhead solid lifter kit. For use with all panheads. Kit contains 4 panhead style pushrods, with lifter inserts machined to match. Pushrods can be used with all solid, or hydraulic lifters.
