Super Throwout Kit

Throwout bearing kit includes a "witch hat" throwout bearing, a ball bearing adjustment screw with a stainless lock nut. And a single piece rod designed specifically machined for both throwout bearings and our adjustment screw.

Our ball bearing adjustment screws fit all styles of pressure plates, machined in Ben Lomond CA it uses a hardened chrome bearing to keep your clutch functioning under high pressures. Matched with a kicker side bearing, and our throwout rod, you can upgrade one of the worst designed features of the 4 speed transmission to a reliable and better feeling clutch.

Fitment: 1939-1975 4 speed ratchet top transmissions. 1975-84 transmissions may require minimal additional work.

Note, this throwout kit will fit all years of Harley ratchet top transmissions, and a majority of aftermarket kicker covers. Some kicker covers will not provide clearance for the throwout bearing, leaving "plate" throwout rods as the only option. We will NEVER run these types of throwout rods, and we advise you to avoid at all cost. If you need help determining fitment please send us a message.
